Wonderful Hotel Experience

The staff was very helpful. They scheduled a Warwel Castle trip for me. Breakfast was very good with fresh fruits , breads , meat and cheeses. Housekeeping did a super job, leaving my room super clean.

I stayed in a Superior Queen Room. The high ceilings. Two big windows provided a lot of natural light.
The toilet seat was broken in the en suite. I had to ask for extra pillows because only two were provided on the bed. The room was average.

the room felt quite stuffy the air conditioning didn't seem to work properly. i found it hard to sleep the bed wasn't very comfortable. also breakfast was disappointing the selection was limited and not particularly fresh

the breakfast had a fantastic variety i found many delicious options i especially loved the fresh pastries the location was really great i could easily walk to many attractions my room was very clean it had all the amenities i needed
the bed was quite firm it made it a little difficult to sleep comfortably the shower pressure was quite low i struggled to rinse my hair properly the parking situation was not ideal the garage felt small and cramped
